Pursuant to due call and notice *:3reof, a regular tW meeting
of the Village Council of the Pillage of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 20th day of July , 1970. The following members
were present: Magni Hilda. Cnnneilmnp Hintz, Kludgerb And Spaeth
The following members were absent: Councj.lmaj) jobaeon
Councilman Kindseth introduced the. following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:

• NNERFAS, a bond reduction was requested by Marvin H. Anderson Co.
NON TIIF.RF.FORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TUE VILI.AGT COUNCIL OF T11E
VILLAGE -OF PLYrfOLrfU:
Approval is hereby given to grant a bond reduction for Marvin
R. Apderson Company covering Meadow Lawn Estates Third
Addition from $98,210 to $38,919.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution oras duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz , and upon vote bein- taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
lindseth and Spaeth _.
