and moved its' adoption:

The request made by the united 'Land Company to rezone from R -O
to'R-4 lend lying adjacent to their present multiple toned land
known as Plymouth is hereby denied.
The motion for the adoption of the. foregoing Resolution was duly
sec:,nded by, Councilman Spaeth and upon vote bein., taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmn Hints,
Kindseth and Spaeth
