Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (.fgagdda� meeting
of the Village; Council of. the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the 26th day of July , 197C. The following memt,ers
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth & Spaeth
The following members were absent: ralln llmnn inhogpy
Councilman Kindeath introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION No. 70-284
NHERF_AS, Belgarde Enterprises requested final plat plan
approval for Fox Meadows"first Addition.
NOW THERE L, IiE IT I1S1tF:BY RI -SOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COMCIL of THE,

VIT,LAGi: OF PLY11OUTH:
Approval is hereby granted to Belgarde Enterprises, 7841 Wayrata
Boulevard, Minneapolis, Minnesota on the final plat plan covering
development of Fox Meadows First Addition located north of State
Highway #55 on Fernbrook Lane subject to receipt of adequate
security, for the improvements that Belgarde Enterprises is
installing and execution of a satisfactory development agreement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following, voted in favor thereof.: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Ki.ndeeth and Spaeth. ,
The -following voted against none
The following abstained none
U;hereupon the Penoluti.on was declared duly passed and adopted.
