HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-282N7 VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of July, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Spaeth and Kindseth. Councilman Johnson was absent. Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-282 WHEREAS, a Resolution of the. Village Council adopted the 15th day of June, 1970 fixed the 20th day of July, 1970, as the date for a public hearing on Project #70 -QE to connect to the Plymouth Village Water System with respect to the following streets, to-vit: Plymouth Pla,aa 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Additions. Meadow Lawn Estates 3rd Addition Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Meadow Lawn Estates 2nd Addition Glen Erie Addition Plat 43713, Parcel 4835 (Sunray D3[ Oil Co.) Plat 43724, Parcels 3226 and 3236 (Independent School Dist. #281) for an estimated cost of $175.00 per residential lot, W0.00 per apart- ment unit, or $350.00 per acre on open land and land ocpupied by schools and commercial establishments. j WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making of these improvements were given ten days' published i R notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the i required notice and the hearing was held and property owners heard on a the 20th day of July, 1970. f NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCTL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "Such improvement as set out above and for the streets as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution adopted July 20, 1970." Page 2, .Resolution No. 70-282 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Kindseth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hintz, Spaeth and Kindaeth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care- fully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held July 20, 1970, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the sans relates to Project f70 -OE.
