VILLAG$ OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth., Minumota was held on the
20th day of July, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Hintz, Kindsath and Spaeth. Councilman Johnson was absent.

Mayor Hilda introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
j RESOLUTION NO. 70-279A
WHEREAS, a manager for the Village of Plymouth has been appointed.
NOW THEREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Mr. Angus Crawford is hereby appointed as Manager of the Village of
Plymouth effective August 24, 1970 at an annual salary of $23.500 and
�) $73.00 per month car allowance.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hints, and upon vete being taken thereon, the
! following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hints.
l Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified clerk of the Village of
Plysiouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on July 20, 1970, with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS. My hand officially as such Clark and the corporate seal of
the Village this Sth day of August, 1970.
