of the Fil:lagecouncil of. `the Village of Ylymoi 'linnesnta t:as held
on the 6th day of Inly , 1970. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth ,
The following members were absent: Councilman Johnson
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. Zn -977
WHERE'.AS, a request for time extension of the contract held by
Northern Contracting Co. has been received.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COVKCIL OF THE
VILLAGE: OF PMMUTH:
Approval is hereby granted to extend the contract time with
Northern Contracting Company on the Southwest sewer installation
in Birch Briar area from June 15, 1970 to July 15, 1970.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by �!njjnrtjyuan.H4Ujw , And upon Vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor. thereof: Mnvn� Hjian- ena,noiimon g10t4,
