Pursuant to dun call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the'6th day of July, 1970. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. Councilman
Jo}inson was absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced tre following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-274

+t+ WHEREAS, plans for Highway and Interchange Lighting Project #6932
showing proposed light standards, circuit diagrams, and details for
the improvement of County State Aid Highway #18 within the limits of
1111+ the Village as a County Aid Project have been prepared and presented

to the Village of Plymouth.
i NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE 01 PLYMOUTH:
That said plans be in all things approved and paid for by Hennepin.
County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: mayor F41de, Councilmen Hintz,
Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

3; I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village
of Plymotuth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the

thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom:
