Ps$e'2Y, Resolution No. 70-271 i NOW, TNEIRL 0RE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THP. COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMVTH: i 1, The Mayor. and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with Loeffel & Engstrand of Hopkins, Minnesota in the name of the Village of Plymouth for the reconstruction and renovation of the Plymouth Village Hall, according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, Sexcept that the deposits of the successful bidder and the { next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly 1 seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No voted against. !} Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNFSOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
