VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, s regular meeting
i
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was
held on the 6th day of July, 1970. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth.
Councilman Johnson was absent.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and

moved its adoption:

WHEREAS, Mr. Martin J. Radecki of 648 Johnson St. N.E.
I
i Minneapolis requested a subdivision waiver on Lots 5 and 6,
Klsusman's Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH.
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No,. .66,-1 of
the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10,
1966,, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Bonk 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of
j Deeds,,Hennepin County Minnesota, relating to..
! the.conveyance of parcels of land less than
five {5}°acres in area and 300 feet in,width
are hereby waived as to the following described
-'
lands' subject to any utility improvements in
the street being borne by the subdivider to serve
..
the -,additional lot.

} The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was.

duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. Whereupon the
Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
