t`Councilmen Hintz, Kindeeth egad Spaeth. Councilman Johnson was absent.
i1 Councilmen Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
�4 RESOLUTION NO. 70-263
WHEREAS, a request was made to approve the revised final plat
plan of Metro Industrial Park.
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT 'HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYli MU:
Approval i* hereby granted to accept the revised final plat
({ pian for the Metro Industrial Park located between Vicksburg

Lane- and Niagara Lane at 28th Avenue to be developed by the
Metro Divelopment Corporation, 12700 Wayzata, 'Blvd., Minnetonka,
M�.nnesot8.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hints.
! Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against. No one abstained.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly' -passed and adopted.
