RESOLLrrI041 RECEIVING REPORT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
6th day of July, 1970.
The following members were present: Mayor FFilee, Councilmen Hintz,
Kindseth and Spaeth. Councilman .Johnson was absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
f?ESOUTTION NO. 70-260
WHEREAS a report has been given to the Village Council by the
Consultant Engineer on June fi, 197n recommending Project,#70 -RC
Street Surfacing of 36th Avenue; Pilgrim to Zachary Lanes.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTHi
The Council will consider -,the aforesaid improvement. in
accordance with the report ,and the assessment of property
abutting or within said boundaries {->r all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011
to 429.111, at an estimated tgtal_cost of the improvement
as shown.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ]resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz.,
Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.-
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted,

of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that "I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on July 6, 1974, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is u full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
