Pursuant to due cell and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Yinnesota was held on the
6th day of July. 1970. The following members were presents
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. Councilman Johnson
was absent.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
REsnLU'TION NO. 70-258
WPBP.EAS, a Conditional Use Permit has been requested by the
Minneapolis Industrial Park for their "Rini -Park" development.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL or
THE VII LACE OF PLYMOUTH:
A Conditional Use Permit is hereby approved for the Minneapolis
Industrial Park "Mini -Park" development subject to the following:
1. variance -to the "one building per lot" concept, as intended
in Section 13 on the basis that the proposed site plan, as
with residential unit projects, is intended: to be developed
under a single oonership responsibility, and F*ith the
further safeguards of internal location in Planned Industrial
District having protective covenants enforceable by adjacent
owners.
2. Variance to sideyard requirements,for•buildings F, G & J to
permit reduced setback from railroad sid#ngs,"on the basis
that this .411i,.permit a reasonable arrangement and in no.
way reduce the usefulness of a 4djacent,propetties.
The motion"for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Kindseth and Spaeth. No one, voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed'snd adopted.
