Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
f
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was
held on the 6th day of July, 1970. The following members were
present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth, and Spaeth.
The following members were absent: Councilman Johnson.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and
moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-256
WHEREAS, Mr. ;Rey'.Kirkman of Minneapolis Industrial Park
requested a variance of the Zoning Ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH THE FOLLOWING REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVE :
A variance request of 10 feet from the 30 feet
near yard setback ordinance requirement on the
followir.Z described property on Industrial Park Boule-
vard
All of Lot 6, Block 3, Minneapolis Industrial
Park Hennepin County, Minnesota:
AND
All of Lot_5 lying.North of all of Lot 4 lying
East of .all of Lot,2 lying North of and all of Lot
7 -lying North of the following described line in
Block 3 of Minneapolis Industrial Park:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block
3, Minneapolis,Industrial Park: ..thence Northwesterly
along the Southwesterly, line; of said Lot 1 a distance
of 318.17 feet: thence on a tangential curve to the
left with.a radius'of 640,97 feet and a central angle
of 62 degrees 361125" to a point 20 feet North of the
North line of 'Lot 2, Biock -3, MimWapolii( Industrial
Park: thence West parallel with the North line of said
Lot 2, a distance of 144.42 feet: thence on,a tangen-
tial curve to the right with a radius of 408,88 feet
to its intersection with the North line of Lot 4, Block
3, and there terminating:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution
was duly seconded by Councilma:i Kindseth, and upon vote be-
ing taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
E Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. The
following voted against: none. The Following abstained:
none.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I
have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council
of said Village held :on July 6, 19700 with the original
thereof on file in,my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to a'Resolution regarding a variance of the Zoning
Ordinance.
