HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-248VILLAGE OI' PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the first day of July, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. Councilman Johnson was absent. *x� Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its i adoption: RESOLUTION No. 70-248 WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Central Area Street Improvement Project #69-8,9-G for a cost of $446,485.50 on the following streets, to -wit: Fernbrook Lane; Cty. Rd. #6 to pt. k mile So. NE cor. Sect. 21. Xenium Lane; 26th Ave. N. to pt. 1320 ft. No. Center Sect. 21. ? 26th Ave. and service road, No. of T.H.#55; Xenium Lane East to Plymouth Creek at Teakwood Lane. Teakwood Lane; 26th Ave. So. La Industrial Park Blvd. Westbank Ind. Park; lying in NIA of N* Sect. 27, W. of T.H./494. Circle Star Business Center; lying So. T.H.#55 in SEDC Sect. 21 i and NFh of NFh Sect. 28. Metro Development Corp; lying in So. � of SWIj and SN of that f part of E' of SW)x lying North of the South 25 acres. Niagara Lane; South T.H.#55 to South line Sect. 21 Vicksburg Lane; So.
