VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
Pursus.•- to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
'iVillage Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
first day of July, 1970.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Kindseth and Spaeth. Councilman Johnson was absent.

Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-247
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisomen for bids for the improvement
)f the sewer and water installation, Project 1#69-1,0-G, at a cost of
1461,239.00 on the following streets and with alternate to cross Inter-
state Highway #{494:
Central Plymouth Area:
Fernbrook Lane; Cty. Rd. 66 to point k mile south NE cor. Sect. 21.
Xenium Lane; 26th Ave. N. to point 1320 ft. No. Center Sect. 21.
26th Ave, and service road, No. of T. H. #55; Xenium Lane East to
Plymouth Creek at Teakwood Lane.
Teakwood Lane; 26th Ave. So. to Industrial Park Blvd.
Westbank Ind. Park; lying in NWk of NW&x Sect. 27, W. of T. H. #1494.
Circle Star Business Center; lying South T. H. d55 in SFh Sect. 21
and NM of NE'x Sect. 28.
Metro Development Corp; lying in South k of SW's and S;j of that part
of E&I of SW14 lying North of the South 25 acres.
Niagara Lane; South T.H.#55 to South line Sect. 21.
Vicksburg Lane; So. T.H.#f55 to South line Sects. 20 and 21.

j WHEREAS, it appears that Johnson Bros. o: 6311 Wayzata Blvd., Minneapolis,
Minn. is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
! enter into the attached contract with Johnson Bros. of
1 Minneapolis, Minn. in the name of the Village of Plymouth
for the Improvement of water and sewer in the Central Area
of Plymouth on the streets listed above, according to the
M plans and specifications therefor approved by the Village
i Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk.

I 2. The Village Clerk is hereb, authorized and directed to
I return forthwith to all oidders the deposits made with
their bids, except that the deposits of the successful
bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained
until a contract has been signed."
j The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
i
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
'following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
jKindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that i have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a special
meeting of the Village Council of said village held July 1, 1970, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to
Project #69-1,0-G.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
