Pursuantto due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
June 22, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen John*=,`Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION 90. 70-240
WHEREAS, applications were received to renew ]f . ,s :s for On
and Off Sale 3.2 Beer licenses and Setup licenses.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH THAT 'INE RENEWAL LICENSES FOR THE FOVLf-;WING APPLICANTS

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Spaeth and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village
of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a special
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on June 22, 1970,
with the original thereof on file in my offices and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 3rd day of August, 1970.
