t Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the '
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
' 22nd day of Jung, 1970.. The following members were present, -
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, 11intss, Kindseth and Spaeth. So one
was absent `!

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-237
WHEREAS, purenant to a Resolution passed by the Council on
jag= 19. 1970' , the Village Engineer has prepared plans
and specifications to install sewer and water Project #70-1,0--8 from
26th Avenue to 36th Avenue at an estimated cost of $492,,765.00 and
has presented such plans :and apecificacions to theCouna l for approval:
1IOW THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLsiLt3E CO[tNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLINDU1TH;
1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are j
attached hereto and scads a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall.prepare and, cause to be in-
sarted in the oificial.papss snd in the Construction
Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of,
such improvement under such approved plans and
spscificatioas. .-She advertisement aWl be published
for too maks, shah specify .true work to be. done,
ahall 'state that bids will 6 op"64.4ndg stdarpd
at 10:00 A.M. on July l0, 1970 in the Council
Chambers of.tha V llage'Ha11, and that no bids 0111
be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk
and accompantod-by a cash deposit,,•cishierls check,
bid band or cattified.check payable to the Clark for
5t of'the amount of such bid.
The -motion for the adoption of the. foregoing 10416lution was duly

seconded by Councilman 1Cindeath and upon vote being taken thereon,
i
thefollowing voted in favor thereoft Mayor Ailde Councilman Mintz,
Johnson, Rindseth and Spaeth. No ane voted agminate

Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and acopted.
