VILLWH OF PLYMUT 1
Pursuant to due call end notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold on the 22nd day of
June.' 19-70. The following ambers refire present: Mayor Hilda, Councilman
Johnson, Hints, Kindeeth and Spaeth. No "a was absent.
Mayor Hilda introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption:

WHEREAS, a request has been mada to upgrade the 4 Seasons green -
stripping area from its present condition.

I+t)W THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGB,COUNCIL OF
TRE VIUliGE OF PLYMDI *
The Vill Engineer and Villa Atto are directed to
detarmilne and defins in simple words the fa oving:
1. What the intent of the development contract vas, considering,

Council on March 3, 1969 whereby escrow funds and bond was
released.
4 The Acting Manager is directed'. through the Engineer, with

the first ;three set of facts, develop a preliminary report
for titin -Council .and report back to the Council at the
August 3, 1970 Council meeting.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hints, and upon vote being taken thereor., the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor gilds, Councilman Johnson,
Hintz, Kindeath and Spaeth. ` No one voted against.
Whereupon the"Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
