The following ambers refire present: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson, Hints, Kindeeth and Spaeth. No "a was absent. Mayor Hilda introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RF.SOL tOl- NO. 70-236 WHEREAS, a request has been mada to upgrade the 4 Seasons green - stripping area from its present condition. I I+t)W THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGB,COUNCIL OF TRE VIUliGE OF PLYMDI * The Vill Engineer and Villa Atto are directed to detarmilne and defins in simple words the fa oving: 1.
