Pursuant to due call and notice thereofa sporlat meeting of the
Village council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was bald on the
f
22nd day of June, 1970. ,.The following.msmbere were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson, Hints. Kindseth and Spaeth. No one
was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 70-235
WHEREAS, Norman Jarnes and Oscar Nauatdal, developers of Ponderosa
Plat have requ*oted approval of their preliminary plat, located West
of Dunkirk time between 25th and 28th Avenues Borth.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT URBBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE 01' PLYMOUTR:
The prelisinsry plat"for`.Panderosa development is hereby approved
subject to thafollowing conditions:
1. An increased depth of"rsveres frontage lots on Dunkirk to
about 1601.
i 2. Drainage easements are; subject to Engineer's approval.
3. Grading and restoration of`public space shall be done
In accordance with the wishes of the Park Director
and Engineor.
4. Remised later at street frontage of Parka .generally at in
Planner'sreport recomandation.
S. Variance fo'V lot 1 and 2. Block 8, Lot S. Block 9 for lot
width at setback line.
6. Access from Garland Lane to Park E along west edge of plat
be provided.
7. Community Unit Project Conditional Use Permit be granted.
8. Deletion of long park strips in Blocks S. 10, 3 and 4.
9. Dedication of Parks D and E as neighborhood parks.
10. Park site A to be deleted from the plan.

The wotion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded !+y Councilman Rltats, and upon vote be taken thereon, ths+ #
following voted in favor, thereof Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against. {
Vhereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. i
