and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION No. 70-232
MIERKAS, two well driller license renewals have been applied for.

Approval is hereby given to renew the licensee for Well Drilling
tc Hanemann Well Drilling Company and Don Stodola Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson �, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor therenf: Mayor Hilde, Coancilmen Johnson.
