HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-230VILLAGE OF PLTMOUTU Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of June, 1970. The following members were present: Magor 1111de, Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Rindeeth and Spaeth. i _ No ane van abeam. Cnunr_ilwan ,jobAnjptroduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-230 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF APPLICATION FOR A GRANT i UNDER THE WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT. l WHEREAS, under the terms of the Water Pollution Control Act (33 U.S.C. 446 et seq.), the United States of America has authorised i! i!( the making of Grants to authorized applicants to aid in the construction i! r of specific public projects: ##� NOW THEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth: ij 1, That Dwan B. Barnes be, and hereby is, authorized to 1; execute and file an application and to sign all federal documents connected with the project on behalf of the j Village with the U. S. Department of Interior, Federal i Water Pollution Control Administration, for a grant { to aid in the construction of a swage treatment plant, sanitary sower and appurtenances. 2. That Dawan B. Barnes, Acting Village Manager, be, and In hereby authorized and directed to furnish such in- formation as the U. S.
