VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND
CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the

15th day of June, 1970.

(� The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
# Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.

Councilmen Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-229
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to
the Village Council on June 15, 1970, recommending the upgrading of
36th Avenue: Pilgrim to Zachary Lanes, Project No. 70-8C at an
estimated cost of $119,400.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed imp-
rovement on the 20th day of July, 1970, at the Village
Hall, in the Village of Plymouth at 7:30 P.M. The
Village Council shall give published notice of such
hearing and improvement as required by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon bote being taken thereon, the
following voted is favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
!compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular
!meeting of the Village Council of said Village held June 15, 1970, with
,the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom.
WITMESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 6th day of July, 1970.
