i VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH

RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
i
j15th day of June, 1970.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
`Johnson, Hintz, Kindeeth and Spaeth. No one was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-228
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to
the Village Council on June 2, 1970 covering Project 169-8B, street
improvement of Holly Lane.
NOW THERE -ORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Council will consider the aforesaid isprovemmt
to upgrade Holly Lane from County Road 09 to the railroad j
right-of-way in accordance with the Engineer's report
and the assessownt of property abutting or within said
boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the imp-
rovement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111 which
will be either one of the following two estimates:
Project I - Rural Section Street, $29,670.00.
Project II - Residential Standard Street $52,680.00

Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Rilde, Councilmen Johnson. Hints,
Kindseth and Johnson. No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

j I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes
of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held
June 15, 1970, with the original thereof on file in my office and
the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, my hand officially as such acting clerk and the
corporate seal of the Village this 6th day of July, 1970.
