Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
V Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held

t Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindeeth b Spaeth. The j
following members were absent: None.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and
moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-224
WHEREAS, a request for time extension was made by Peter Lametti Co.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH.
Approval is her by given fore a time extension on t*w contract
held by Peter,Lametti Construction Company an l4reatz-Homedsle Manor
Project /68-1E until August 15, 1970.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
! following voted in favor thereof: Mayor tilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson, Kindaeth_and Spaeth.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
