RESOLUTION NO. 70-221
I WWAFAS, Belgarde Enterprises -requested a Conditional Use Permit
for a Comm unity Unit project and site plan approval of Fox Meadows.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COMIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMUTHI
Approval is hereby:1-g ven>for a Conditional Use Permit and site
plan approval of Fox Meadows development by Delgarda Enterprises
north of stats t9h"*_#55 and pest of Fern'brook Lane subject to
the following conditions:
1. That at least one parking space be eliminated in all cases
1 where walkways to building entrant** connect with the park-
ing lots, so that the walkways will extend to the center
aisle of the parking lots. A few spaces will be eliminated.

6. That the grading, drainaga and utility plans be reviewed
and approved by the Village Sagineer.

'Hintz, -Xindseth and Spaetk* No one voted against.
