Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of tje Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 15th day of June, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Mtindseth and Spaeth. The following members were absents None e� a,tir fir Councilman Hintz introduced the following Ramolution and moved its' adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-219 WHEREAS, Mr. Larry Knoblach, 4325 Juneau Lane N. requested Council's consideration pertaining to a drainage easement on Lot 4, Block 1, Gordon's Oakwood hills Addition. NOW THH MRE, DE IT HE1M RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLTMOUTH: The drainage easement as covered by a dead emmuted May 27. 1970 between the Village of Plymouth and Marvin W. Gordan and Dorothy A. Gordon as described below is hereby aecepteds "The South 10 feet of Lot 4, Block to Gordosa's Oakwood Hills, according to the duly tscordrd plat thereof." The motion far the adoption of the foragoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cowacilma► Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor WAS, COMMA en Jahason, Hints.
