The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Countilman.johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Nista, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.

Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
