Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a -regular meeting of the 111
Village Council of the village of Plymouth, Minnesota we held on the

Councilman Kindssth introduced the following Resolution end moved

RESOLUTION NO. 70-212
WH RIAS, a Resolution of the Village Council , adopted the 18th day
of -;May, 1970, fined the 15th day of June, 1970 as the ditto for a public f

hearing on Project #70-8A to improve the streets of 34th Avenue between
I Elmer Lane and County Highway /18.`` t
WHEREAS, all property owner* whose property is liable to be assessed
for the Making of these iaproveisnts wom given- tea days# publisho&
notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the
required notice and the hearing was held and property owners heard on
the 15th day of June, 1970.
NOW THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLIIMDU1R;
1. Such improvement as set out above and. for the streets as above
indicated are hereby ordered. as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted June 15, X970, F,.

2. The Village Engineer is hereby, directed to prepare plans and
specifications 'for 'the making of such'iaproidmonts.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Counallsian Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof% Mayor Hilde, Councilman Johnson,
