Pursuant to:_dwr call and notice thereof, a regular emoting of the
Village Cowell of tb& Villas& of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hold on the
15th day of Jun., 1970.
The following webers were present: Mayor Wilde, Councilmen
Johason, Riots, Eindseth and Spaeth. No one wee absent.
Councilaen Amts introduced the following Resolution and moved

RESOLUTION N0. 70-211
WREREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 18th day of
May, 1970 fl=d the 15th day of Juno, 1970 as the date for a public
hearing Project i70 -OD for gates on Pilaris Lane from 26th Avenue North
to Nathan Lane.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Revolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Jobaaom and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Rilde, Councilmen Johnson
Katz, Eindsoth and Spasth. No one voted against.
