Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (=Pootol) meeting
of the Village Council of the 11111;i e of Plymouth, 'fi.nnesnta was held
on the 15th day of June , 1470. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth & Spaeth.
The following memlinrn were absent: done
Councilman Spaeth introduced the follovi.ng Resolution
and moved its' adoption:

WHFFKAS, Minneapolis Industrial Park, Inc. requested a variance.
NOW TIIF.REFORIi, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THF VII.LACr CnrNCIL OF THE
VILLACF. OF PLY".tOL'TII:
The variance request by MIP is hereby granted to waive 10 feet
of the 15 foot requirement to allow automobile parking within 5 feet
of the rear parking line at the Southwest corner of County Road *6
and State Highway /55, Lot 1, Block 3.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing; Resolution tras duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz , and upon vote beim tatcen thereon,
the followinE voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth.
The follot,ing voted against None
The folln-ying abstained None

full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates
to a Resolution regarding a variance request
