of the Village Council of the villaoc of Plymouth, 'Minnesota cr:s held

w0 re present: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Johnson, Hintz. Hindseth S Spaeth
The foll.owing members were absent: none
CounCjjman Hintz introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION h0. 70-209
WHEREAS, an agreement for a Planning Service to requested to
be drawn up.
NOW T11MEFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE commit of THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Acting Manager is hereby directed to prepare an agreement
with the firs of Konen. Wahrman, Knight 6 Chapman of 2101 Hennepin
Avenue, Minneapolis, Minn. for their planning services essentially
like their proposal with the following exceptions:
1. The Administrative Committee shall be as stated, but replace
Mayor with Engineer..
2. The Review Coenittee to be eliminated.
3. The contract to be on a per diem basis with outside limitations,
as stated in the proposal.
4: The final maps to be on nyder,°from*h1ch 10"xio" slides can be made
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by .e nneitsae John■n„ , and upon vote being taken thereon,

The following abstained none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed anti adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of
Plymouth, `!innesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
