Pursuant to due call. and notice thereof, a regular ) reeting
of the Village Council. of the tillage of Plymouth, '-tinnesota eras held
on the f{rsr day of I,Ms , 1970. The follovIng members
were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth 6 Spaeth,

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. ,j0 -90R
WHEREAS, a request Was made to approve the regular payroll.
NOW TH1:REFORE, FE IT IIERF.BY FESr,IATED BY THE VILI-AGr CollixIL OF THF.
VILT.AGE OF PLYTIMIP11:
The regular payroll disbursement for the period ending May 28,
1970 in the amount of $16,664.63 is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor H ldn CouncilM Johnson
Hintz, Kindeeth and Spaeth.
The following voted against none
