Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (XFXM-QW) meeting
of the Village Council of the Pillage of Plymouth, Minnesota was held
on the lot day of June , 1970. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth.
The following members rere absent: none

Councilman Johnson introduced the follovi.ng Resolution
and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-207
WHEREAS, the Wayzata Lions Club requested a permit to have a
fireworks display.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOMM) BY THE VILLAGE COUNCII, OF THE
VILLACE OF PMMOUT}i: .
Approval is granted to the Wayzata Lions Club to obtain a permit
to hold a fireworks display on July 4, 1970 on the Wayzata Senior
High School property upon receipt by the Village of a $1,000 bond,
from Mr. Ed Stanke who made the request.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Counci1M1k Hintz , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Bindseth and Spaeth.
The following voted against none
The foll.oving abstained none
Whereupon the Resolution teas declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of
Plymouth, "tinnesota, hereby certify that 1 have carefully compared the
attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular (t9t)
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on June ?- ,
1P70, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates
to a Resolution regarding a fireworks display permit
