Pursuant to due call, and notice thereof, a,regul.ar (zmadug) meeting
of the Village Council of the Pillage of Plymouth, Minnesota was hold
on the lar day of Tuna , 1970. The following members

wHEF.rAs, the agreement for purchase of the 4 Seasons Water System
to to be executed.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VLLAI
VILLAGE OF PLY11OUTH:
The Magor and Clerk are hereby directed to execute the agreement
for acquisition of the 4 Seasons Nater Systas after lir. Eenardi algae
the agreement with the inserted change therefu stipulating that Mr.
Senardl will have the leak in the systes repaired as so described in
the document.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Coaacilsan Johnson , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor_Hilde, Coancils Johnson,
Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth

The following abstained none
Whereupon the Pesolution was decla--d duly passed and adopted.
