VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the first day of June, 1970. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth
and Spaeth. No one was absent.
Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-198
WHEREAS, MIP requested a subdivision waiver on the area
bounded by Water Tower Circle, Annapolis Land and Berkshire
Lane on Block 4, Minneapolis Industrial Park.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the
Village of Plymouth passed on January.,10, 1966, and
filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous
Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin
County Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of
parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and
300 ft. in width are hereby waived as to the following
described lands:
Tract A:
The South 280 feet of Outlot 2, Minneapolis Industrial
Park 2nd Addition: Also, the South 280 feet of Lot 3,
Block 4, Minneapolis Industrial Park 2nd Addition:
Also, that part of the South 280 feet of Lot 2, Block
4, Minneapolis Industrial Park 2nd Addition lying
East of a line perpendicular to the South --=line of
said Lot 2 from a point therein distant 7.5 feet West
of the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 2.
Tract B:
The North 20 feet of the South 300 feet of Lot 3,
Block 4, and Outlot 2, all in Minneapolis Industrial
Park 2nd Addition; and the North 20 feet of the South
300 feet of Lot 2, Block 4, Minneapolis Industrial
Park 2nd Addition lying Easterly of a line drawn
perpendicular to the South line of said Lot 2 from a

point therein distant 7.5 feet West of the South-
easterly corner of said Lot 2; and the North 20
feet of the South 301.5 feet of Lot 2, Block 4,
Minneapolis Industrial Park 2nd Addition lying
West of a line drawn perpendicular to the South
line of said Lot 2 from a point therein distant
7.5 feet West of the Southeasterly corner of said
Lot 2; and lying East of a line drawn perpendicular
to the South line of said Lot 2 from a point therein
distant 237.5 feet West of the Southeasterly corner
of said Lot 2.
Tract C:
That part of Outlot 2, Minneapolis Industrial Park
Second Addition, lying North of the South 300 feet
thereof; Also, that part of the East 368 feet of
Lot 1, Block 4, Minneapolis Industrial Park Second
Addition, lying South of the North 530 feet thereof;
Also that part of Lot 3, Block 4, Minneapolis Ind-
ustrial Park Second Addition lying North of the
South 300 feet thereof; and lying East of a line
parallel to. and 368 feet West of the Easterly lot
line of Lot 1, Block 4, Minneapolis Industrial
Park Second Addition.
Tract D:
That part of the South 281.5 feet of Lot 2, Block
4, Minneapolis Industrial Park 2nd Addition, lying
West of a line drawn perpendicular to the South
line of said Lot 2 and from a point th:rein distant
7.5 feet West of the Southeast corner of said
Lot 2.
Tract E:
All of Lot 1, Block 4, Minneapolis Industrial
Park 2nd Addition, except the East 368 feet of
that part lying South of tae North 530 feet
thereof;
Also, that part of Lot 3, Block 4, Minneapolis
Industrial Park 2nd Addition, lying North of the
South 300 feet thereof, and lying West of a line
parallel to and 360 feet West of the East line
of Lot 1, Block 4;
Also, that part of Lot 2, Block 4, Minneapolis
Industrial Park 2nd Addition, lying North of the
following described line:

Beginning at the point of intersection
of a line parallel to and 281.5 feet
North of the South lot line of said
Lot 2, with the West lot line of said
Lot 2; thence Easterly along said parallel
line to its intersection with a line
perpendicular to the South line of said
Lot 2 from a point therein distant 237.5
feet West of the Southeast corner of said
Lot 2; thence Northerly along said per-
pendicular line a distance of 20 fee:;
thence Easterly along a line parallel
to the South line of said Lot 2, a
distance of 230 feet; thence Southerly
along a line drawn perpendicular to the
South line of said Lot 2 a distance of
1.5 feet; thence Easterly along a line
drawn parallel to the South line of said
Lot 2 to its tntersetion with the East
line of said Lot 2, and there terminating,.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor
Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth, and Spaeth. No
one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held June 1, 1970, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
;complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to
!;a Resolution vaiving subdivision requirements of Block 4
IMinneapolt.s Industrial Park Second Addition.
