RESOLUTIOh RECEIVING REPORT
AND CALLING FOR 'UBLIC HEARING
f Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, vas held on the
18th day of May, 1975.
The following ambers were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Kindseth and Spae_-h. No one was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and Ooved
its adoption:

WHERF,AS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to the
t Village Council on May 14, 1970 to consider the improvement of water,
sewer, curb and gutter and street surfacing. Project No. 70-1,0,8-A,
of the following streets, to -wit:
Juneau Lane; Minnesota Western Railroad to F.ingaview Lane
lith Avenue: Harbor Lane to Juneau Lane
Harbor Lane: Minnesota WesternRailroad to 14th Avenue
12th Avenue: Fernbrook Lane to Juneau Lane, Ringeviev Lane,
Minnesota 00tern; Railroad`to 14th Avenue
13th Avenue Fernbrook Lane `to Kingaview Lane
14th Avenue: Fernbrook Lane to Kingsviev Lane

The estimated cost for such improvement is $813.900, and
WEMS, a report has been given by the Consultant P.ngineer to the
Village Council on May 18, 1970 ;for street surfacing on 34th Avenue
North; Kilmer.Lane to County Road 18 at an estimated cost of $8.270,

WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Counciltant Engineer to the
village Council on May 15, 1970 to consider the installation of water
gains on Pilgrim Lane; 26th Avenue North to Nathan Lane, Project 070 -OD
for an estimated cost of $11,925.Od
NOW THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVE) BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLVMOTJTH:
1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvements in
accordance with the report and the assessment of property
abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion of
the cost of the improvement pursuant to H.S.A. Sectf.on
429.411 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the
improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing ohall be held on such proposed improve-
ments on the 15th,day of June, 1970, at the Village Hall,
in the Village of Plymouth at 7:30 O'clock P.H. The
Village Council shall give publishednotice of such hearings
and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Pesolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hit . ,CouaciLen Jobasos,
Hintz, Ktndseth and Spaeth. °No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly.passad and adopted.
