RESOLUTION RECEWING"REPORT
AND CALLING VOR PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
18th day of May, 1970.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. Noone was absent.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:

corner of Lot 4 Block 1 Raths Second Addition;
� thence north along the *st line of said Lot 9 to
the NW corner thereof; thence west along the north
line of Rath'• Second Addition to'the west line of
said Nk of the SFAS of Section 28 except Path's First
Addition, Block 1 and Lots 1-5, Block 2.
5. The E 400' of the NWh of Section 28.
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
► PLYMOUTH:

E 1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in
f accordance with the report and the assessment of property'.-
abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion
! of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec.
429.011 to 429.111■ at an estimated total cost of the
Improvement as sham, on the Engineer's report to be
$916.000, Project No. 69-2D.

2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improve-
ment on the 15th day of June, 1970. at the Village Hall,
In the Village of Plymouth at 7:30 o'clock P.M. The
Village Council shall give published notice of such
hearing and improvement as required`by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the.
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Johnson,
Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adnpted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Clerk of the Village of
Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the
attachad.and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held on May 18, 1970, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom".
