HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-175VILLAGE Or PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of rlymouth, Minnesota was held on the 18th day of May, 1470. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hints, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent. Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-175 wHEMS, Mr. Jin; Shaughnessy, developer of Burgundy Village petitioned for preliminary plat plan approval. NOW THEREFORE, -E IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Approval is hereby given for the Burgundy Village preliminary plat plan to be located on the north side of State Highway #55, east of West Medicine lake Road subject to the following: 1. A 70' right-of-way to be allm,,ed on 12th Avenue. 2. The curvature of 12th Avenue to be adjusted per Engineer Hagen's recommendations. 3. A variance be granted for Lot 4, which is below the'ninimum area requirements for number of units proposed. 4. An easement be authorized to incluee parking on Lot 2 subject # to chi�.nging the lot line between Lots 2 and 3 so that j access driveways and parking for each of these two lots will lie entirel; upon the respective lots j 5. When final plat plan approval is requested the developer shall present in his development contract the method of assessment that he wishes the Council to utilize subject to acceptance by the Village Manager. The ,motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by councilaan Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the j (.following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Counci'men Hintz, Johnson, j Kindseth and Spaeth.
