Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Villege;Counctl of the Vi l:age of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
l$th day of ]day, 1.970. The following membere 'vere present: *Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen, Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.
Councilman Bintx,introduced the following Resolution and moved its'
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 76-174
WHEREAS, a Resolutiono€ the Village Council adopted the 2Cth day
of April, 1970 fixed.the date of May 18, 1970 as the date for a public
hearing' for water main extension forLots 15 through 23 on East Medicine
Lake Bouleird from 26th Ave. N. to Pilgrim Lane. (Project #70 -OC)
WREPYAS, all property owner:, whose property is liable to be assessed
for the making of these improvements were given ten days' published
notice of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the
required notice and the hearing was held and property owners heard on
the 18th day of May, 1970.
NOW THMEFORE, BE IT RESOLVER BY THE COUNCIL OF TRE VILLAGE OF
1'LYP70Et`H:
1. Such- mprovemente as set, out above are hereby ordered as proposed.
2. The Villa$e.moineering Consultant is hereby directed to prepare
plans 'And specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon ,tote being taken thereon, "the
following voted In favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson, flints,
Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against-.
whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
