Resolutionandmoved its' adoption:

WHEREAS, John A. Fourland requested a variance permit from
the Ioaleg Mdinavnce.
KOI: TftERF.ME, BE IT IMMy RMIXED BY TNF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OR AMMUM:
Approval is hereby given fora front setback variance of 16'
of the required 50' and,2' ofthe required 13' sideline requirement
requested by John A. Fowland, 2450 E. Medicine Lake Blvd.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman taints , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Ailde, Councilmen Inatz.
Johnson` Rindaeth'and Spaeth No we voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
