Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular 4HFAR)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota

Resolution and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUTTON NO. 70- 172
WHEREAS, Erwin Hanf requested a setback variance from the
Zoning Ordinance.
NOW THEREFORE, RE IT HI:REi3Y RESOLVFD BY THE VILI iCE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTP:
Approval is hereby given to Erwin Hanf, 10300 South Shore Drive
for a variance in setback requirements to allow a setback of 14'
from the right of way and 8' from the treat sideline to allow con-
struction of s 16'x22' garage on the South 1n0' on Lot 1, Block 1,
Medicine Lake Park First Addition.
The mnti.on for the adoptinn of the foregoing Resolution vas duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth , and upon vote being tn1fen thereon,
the foll.nwing voted in favor thereof: "favor 1111de, Councilmen
Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
4lhereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
