SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
VILLAGE EXNdDICIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLTMOUTH
MAT 5, 1970
Pursuant to due can and notice thereof a special emoting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was hold on the 5th day of
May, 1970, commencing at 701 o'clock P.M. The following members were
present: Councilman Johnson, Hints and Spaeth. The following numbers
trete absent: Mayor Hilda and Councilman Rindeeth. acting Mayor Johnson

Councilmen Hints introduced the following Resolution and moved

i A RESOLUTION INCORPORATING TRANSCRIPTS OF
i' PROCEEDINGS INTO MINUTES OF RWULAR COUNCIL
MEETIWS NEW ON MARCH 16, 1970 AND APRIL 6,1970.

Village of Plymeth held on March 16, 1970 and April 6, 1970 sail
Village Cowell had before it the application of Sboneth Sahiebe to

The motion was seconded by Comellum Spastb and upon vote being

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Do-tmty Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a special
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on May 5. 1970,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
