pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular i1gn= 39"
meeting of the -Village Council of the Village. of Plymouth, Dtinnf-sora
was held on the 4th day of Mav �, 1970. The fol loving
members were present: Mavor Hilde. Councilmen Johnson, Hintz.
Kindseth and ^Spaeth.
The followi.n„ members were absent: None
Councilman Hintz introduced the following
Resolution and moved its' adoption:
RF.SOLUTTON NO. 70-166
WIIEREAs, the Acting Manager/Finance Director, Dewan B. Barnes,
will attend the Finance Director's Convention.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RT-SOLVLD BY THE VILLAGE COITNCIL OF
TRE fILLAGE OF PLY*TOUTP:

The Acting Manager/Finance Director is authorized to spend
$633 to attend the Finance Director's Convention in Miami Beach,
Florida starting May 21, 1970.
The motion for ek- adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
secordcw b•. ':ou , and upon vote being tnlren thereon,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
