Pur:,uant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
sheeting; of the Village Council of. the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota
was held on the 4th day of. Maw _ , 1970. The following
members were present: Mayor Hi1de.Councilmen JohnspA. Hintz.
Kindseth and Spaeth.
The following; members were ahsent:_ None

Councilman Johnson _ introduced the following;
Resolution and moved its' adoption:
RF.SOLlrrTON NO. 70464
WHEREAS, Mr. Benardi refused to have the Plymouth Plaza
water system chlorinated.
N0W THEREFORE, RE IT HEREBY RESOLVL•'D BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLY'dOUTN:
That the Plymouth Plaza phase of the pumphouse project be
deleted and a Change Order is hereby authorized to increase the
contract by $1375.00 on the balance of the work.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing; Resolution was duly
seconded by__ Councilman Hints , and upon vote beings tni,en thereon,
the followings, voted in favor thereof: Mayor H11de, Councilmen Hintz. L
Johnson, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against___..
IWhereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
