N014 THERIXORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TIFF VILI AGE COVNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PJAIMUTN: The Acting Manager is hereby directed to contact Harry Dezeil immediately and advise him that his option L4 purchase the village hall property is no longer in force and in order to take out a 30 day option he must pay $2,000 or $5,000 for 90 days. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing !'evolution van duly seconded hyCouncilman Spaeth __, and upon vote being tal,en thereon, the following voted is favor thereof: Ma or Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth aril Spaeth, No one voted against.— Whereupon the Rrsolutinn was declared duly partied and adopted. .1ATF.
