VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
j{ RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular r2eting of the
iVillage Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
?i
{4th day of May, 1970. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
,its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 70-161
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement
of the street restoration in the Southwest Improvement Program area by
the Village of Plymouth bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to law and the following bids were received complying with
the advertisement.

WHEREAS, it appears that C. S. McCrossan of Osseo, Minnesota is
the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
1. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the attached contract with C. S. McCrossan of
Osseo, Minnesota in the name of the Village of Plymouth
for street restoration in the Southwest Improvement Program
area, Project #68-1E, according to the plans and specifi-
cations therefor approved by the Village Council and on
file in the office of the Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids,
except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the
next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has
been signed.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the

following voted in favor thereoft Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hinvtl, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Deputy Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said village held May 4, 1970,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Deputy Clerk and the corporate
seal of the village this 18th day of May, 1970.
