HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1970-160VILLAGE OF PLYMOUM Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular sleeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th day of May, 1970. The following umbers were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Kindseth and Spaeth. No one was absent. Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 70-160 WHEREAS, Plat 43920, Parcel 4210 from the list of lands in Plymouth Village designated as Classification List #644-C will be conveyed as stated below. NOW THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: That Plat 43920. Parcel 4210 from the Classification List 6644-C of 1970 is to be conveyed for the purpose of storm sewer drainage. The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hints, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Eindmeth and Spaeth.
