Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r.,!gular OPIMWM)
mectint of. the Vil.lppe Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnr_sota
was held on the 4th day of _.-May - -, 1970. The following
members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson,
Hints, Kindseth and Spaeth.
The folloving mcrib.rs were absent: None
Councilman Hintz introduced the follov:ing
Resolution and moved its' adoption:
RESOLUITO d 1.0. 70- 157
WMMIAS, due to a request by school District #284 the
i no parking ordinance pertaining to school buses was temporarily non -enforced.
NOW TREREFORE, BE IT EEREBY RESOLVED BY TNI: VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAG1: OF PLIP401IT'TI:
Effective July 1, 1970 the ordinance pertaining to no parking
of school buses and trucks in residential areas will hereby be
enforced.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman -Johnson and upon vote being tnken thereon,
the fnll.o"inp voted in favor thereof:.- Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Johnson, ^Hints, Ubdoeth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon Cie P,esolution wan declared duly passed and adopted.
