The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Co=wiiman Hints, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted is favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Johnson,
Hints, Kindssth and Spaeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
