Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular Ming of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held an the
4th day of May, 1970. The following members ware presents Mayor Rilde.
Councilman Johnson, Riots, Rindaeth and Spaeth. go members ware absent.

Councilman Riots introduced the following Resolution and moved its'
adoptions
RE9OUMON 50. 70-155
WHEREAS, plans for Hennepin County Project Sam. 6802 and 6912
showing proposed alignment, profiJos, grades and cross-sections,
together with specifications and spacial provisions for the imsprove-
sent of County State Aid Highway Nos. 18 6 9 within the limits of
the Village as a Federal Aid Project have been prepared and presented
to the Village of Plymouth, and

That said plana, specifiestions and special provisions be in
all things approved.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Rsoolutios use duly
ascended by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken tbareem, the
following voted in favor thersofs Mayor Rilds, Couocilssn Jebnsea,
Dints. Rindasth and Spaeth. No one noted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
